Purchases made in-store or online at crowncraze.net are returnable or exchangeable with a receipt within 30 days of the original purchase date. Orders paid for using PayPal will be returned in cash if the customer is present at the time of return, or as a check mailed to the customer’s billing address if the customer is not present. For returns, CROWN CRAZE accepts the following IDs: U.S., Puerto Rican, Canadian, and Mexican Driver’s Licenses; U.S. State IDs; Puerto Rican IDs; Canadian Province IDs; U.S. Military IDs; U.S. Laser Visa; Passports; Matrcula Consular Card; Puerto Rican Voter Identification Card; and Mexican Voter Registration Card. CROWN CRAZE has the right to limit returns or exchanges whether or not a valid receipt is provided.
Customers in Connecticut and Massachusetts must return any product within 30 days of the purchase date to receive a sales tax refund. Returns received after 30 days will receive a refund of the purchase amount minus the sales tax.
